Question

I received a save the date, when can I expect the invitation?

Answer

We are expecting to send out invitations by April of 2027- so, you should receive an official invitation with complete details between April and May of 2027!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Upon receiving your invitation, please scan the QR code or visit the website listed on the RSVP card! Or, please visit the RSVP tab on the website and follow the prompts.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After receiving your invitation, we kindly request your RSVP by July 3rd, 2027.

Question

What if I do not RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

As a reminder, after you receive your invitation we are kindly asking that you RSVP by July 3rd 2027. If we do not receive an answer by then, we will assume that you won't be attending. There will not be space to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by July 3rd, 2027. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

No, children will not be invited to the wedding as we have decided that our day will be child free. This means that no one under the age of 18 will be allowed in attendance. We hope to see your little ones at events outside of our wedding!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

For our wedding, we will not be doing generic plus ones for wedding guests. If you receive an invitation explicitly addressed to you and an additional guest, then yes you may bring a plus one. However, if the wedding invitation is only addressed to you, then we expect that you will respect our decision not to include an additional guest on your invitation.

Question

What is the expected attire for your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you dress at minimum in "cocktail attire"! This means for women, think of knee length to long dresses, chic jumpsuits, and comfortable heels/ pumps. For men, think of suits- no tux or jackets are required- and formal loafers. Please stray away from items like jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and flip flops. On the opposite end, we also ask that you do not dress more formally than "black tie optional"!

Question

Can I take pictures and videos throughout the night?

Answer

We love that you want to document our special day with us, and while we understand that there are going to be plenty of moments to record memories, we are requesting that no one takes pictures or videos with cell phones or personal cameras during the ceremony, first dance, and speeches. We have booked an amazing photographer and videographer that will capture those moments for us. We would love to have everyone unplugged during the ceremony, first dance, and speeches in order to just share in our love with us. At any other time, pictures and videos are more than welcome!

Question

What if I have a question that is not addressed here?

Answer

Please reach out to either the MOH Hanna McGowan or the BM Jake Turcotte. If you do not have their contact information, then please reach out to the Bride or Groom.
