Olivia and William first met in March of 2023 during a study abroad trip through their college. While heading to a rooftop bar in Florence one evening, William struck up a conversation with Olivia over a bridge. What started as a casual chat quickly turned into a connection that lasted the whole night — from the walk to the bar, through the evening, and well after. A few days later, during the Rome leg of the trip, fate stepped in again. Olivia’s brother, Christian, had gone to a bar and left her to find her way back alone. Without hesitation, William offered to walk her, and during that quiet walk through the streets of Rome, they discovered just how much they had in common. That night, a real spark began to form. From that moment on, they couldn’t stop talking. After returning to Oklahoma, Olivia invited William to a sorority date party — and of course, he said yes. Shortly after, William cooked Olivia a homemade pasta dinner at his apartment, a sweet nod to their time in Italy. A few dates later, William asked Olivia to be his girlfriend…. And the rest is history.
