As the saying goes, “What’s for you, won’t pass you.” We like to think of this quote as the theme of our relationship. We first met as teenagers in high school. While we were drawn to each other and talked on and off for a bit, life had other plans and we went our separate ways in 2013 until after college. Fast forward to summer 2020, where we ran into each other at the gym. What started as catching up as "just friends" immediately felt easy, familiar, and right. Since then, we’ve built a life we love. We moved in together, raised two golden retrievers who we absolutely spoil, and even ended up working at the same company (because apparently, were not sick of each other yet). We can’t wait to keep building this life we love side by side, through every chapter to come.
