Is there an RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP by November 30th so we can finalize all arrangements.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black-Tie Optional. Think tuxedos or dark suits for men, and floor-length gowns or elevated cocktail attire for women.

Are kids welcome?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be noted on your invite and RSVP.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the voco Sarasota but have also included a list of recommended hotels. Please see the travel page on our website for details!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:45pm! Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Details regarding parking and transportation will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be indoors with access to an outside terrace.
