When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Stonetree Estate. Welcome drinks will begin at 3:00 PM, giving guests time to settle in before the ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM. Full venue details and directions can be found under the Events and Schedule tab on our website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You’re welcome to begin arriving at 3:00 PM to enjoy a welcome drink. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM so you have time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.

Is the celebration indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. If the weather turns, we’ll bring everything inside to keep everyone comfortable.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones put away with ringers and notifications turned off. Our photographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, suits, or elevated evening attire are perfect for the occasion. Autumnal hues are encouraged to match the season’s warm palette. More details can be located on the Guest Attire tab.

What about parking?

Answer

When you arrive at the venue, continue driving up the main road past the clubhouse/main building on your left. Follow the road until you see the “Members Only Parking” sign and turn left into the upper parking lot. This located just before the gates leading to the private residences. If the upper lot happens to be full, please return down the hill and park in the lower parking lot. From there, it’s a short walk up to the clubhouse.

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed. When you RSVP on our wedding website, your allotted guest count will appear automatically. If you’ve been given a plus-one or children are included, the site will allow you to RSVP for them.

We’ve listed hotel options under the Travel tab in both Novato, which is closest to the venue, and Petaluma. Petaluma is still a short drive away and is also where our welcome party will take place.

October in the area tends to be warm. Rain is unlikely but still possible, so we recommend bringing a layer just in case.

Yes! We’ll have a full open bar stocked with all the top-tier options, plus plenty of non-alcoholic choices for anyone who prefers something softer.
