When Is the RSVP Deadline?

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp, so please arrive by 3:40pm to find a seat.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We cannot accommodate additional plus-ones as we'd like to keep the guests to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited will be listed when you RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we're keeping our celebration small and only inviting children of immediate family members. If a child's name is not included on the invitation, we kindly ask that they stay home for the day.

Is Everything at One Location?

Answer

Yes! All parts of the day will be at Beaver River Farm Wedding & Events in Duluth, Minnesota.

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones away during our ceremony. After that, feel free to take all the photos you want (please send them to us)!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us :)

What kind of food will you have?

Answer

We will have a pasta bar from Valentini's with vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options.

Is Parking Available?

Answer

On-site parking is available next to the barn. Overnight parking is allowed, but your vehicle must be picked up by NOON the following day as there is another wedding scheduled for that day. Uber is available but may be limited so we suggest having a designated driver.

Answer

The barn has step-free entry to the main reception space and any guests with mobility concerns can be dropped off in front of the farmhouse for a shorter walking distance to the ceremony site.
