If you're flying in, the venue/surrounding towns are about a 2.5 hour drive from SeaTac Airport and about 1.5 from Paine Field.
Some nearby hotels are below, and there are lots of neighboring cities with options for hotels and Airbnbs (can search in La Conner, Mt Vernon, Burlington, on Whidbey, etc.)
Camping is also an option in state parks like Deception Pass, Lake Erie campground, etc.
