What's the dress code?

Answer

Black tie preferred-think elevated and elegant! We recommend a light layer for the evening, as it can get chilly! For the guys, feel free to have fun with your tie.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited to 20 cars and will be available on a first come, first served basis. If you are planning on driving, we encourage carpooling or ride shares to make things easier and ensure everyone has a spot!

Will shuttles to and from the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles leaving both the Hyatt Place Long Island East End NY and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Long Island – East End at 3:30 PM on 10/17. Return shuttles will leave the venue at 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM after the reception/afterparty.

What is the Uber/Lyft situation?

While Uber and Lyft are available in the area, please note that this is wine country, so pick-ups can take up to 30 minutes. We recommend planning ahead to ensure a smooth ride to and from the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, so get ready to enjoy some fresh air and beautiful surroundings! Afterward, we’ll move the celebration into the tent for the reception and after party! Please bring a light layer for the evening!
