This ten-mile drive showcases the history of opulent summer homes from the 1800's along with public parks and miles of beautiful shoreline. One of the most popular "drives" in the country. Beginning at the Elms, past the Breakers, winding around Ocean Drive to Fort Adams and the New York Yacht Club and ending at Kings Park on Newport Harbor, this drive offers some of the best scenery you can imagine.
For the shopping and food lovers, there are a variety of great shops, restaurants and bars on the Wharf. Definitely something to check out to kill some time if you are staying downtown.
