What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Use this celebration as a date night! :)

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the official ceremony at 4:30 pm so you can settle before the celebration.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! For our guests staying at Country Inn & Suites, a bus will transport guests to and from our venue. Please make sure to be in the lobby on time because the shuttle will be leaving at 3:15pm. A bus will also be available after the reception at 10pm and again at 2am for those who wish to attend our after party. You will have 15 minutes to board the bus before it leaves.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be located outdoors in Woodstone's beautiful garden (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and the reception will then be held indoors.

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar at our cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Make sure you're ready to rally! There will be karaoke, late night snacks, and lots of continued celebration held at Timber at Woodstone from 10pm-2am. This event will have a cash bar.
