The ceremony starts at 2pm at the Grand Wailea Chapel, so arriving around 1:30pm should give enough time to find the chapel among the large resort, and to explore the beautiful grounds!
Yes, we are offering a 12 person shuttle that will make multiple trips back and forth from Andaz resort to the Grand Wailea for the ceremony, and back for the reception at Andaz. First trips start @ 1pm at Andaz, and will go until 1:40pm, so please plan on meeting in the Andaz Lobby around 1-1:15pm (no later than 1:30pm). If you are staying at a different location, you could go to Grand Wailea directly (note: their valet is $20/car) OR you could valet at Andaz (free valet on wedding day for guests) and take our shuttle to Grand Wailea. The resorts are quite close to one another, maybe a 10-15 minute walk and 2-3 minute drive. After the ceremony, shuttle available for trips back to Andaz for the reception. Plan on heading to the shuttle around 3:30pm for the cocktail hour and reception. Shuttle is available sooner if you would like to go to Andaz back to your room to freshen up before cocktail hour starts at 4.

We encourage you to wear island formal. We understand walking along the beach is priority, so dress to accommodate some great beach photos. For the gentlemen that means slacks and button down shirts and feel free to wear a suit jacket, although that is totally optional! For the ladies, sundresses or dressy slacks, skirts are great. It can get pretty windy on the beach, so plan accordingly. No jeans please. The wedding will be in the chapel at the Grand Wailea, which is air conditioned. The reception on the beachfront lawn at The Andaz resort.
Yes! Let us know when you RSVP that you will be bringing your child/children so that we can plan food accordingly and have some activities available for them.
