Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We are asking our guests to please dress up with us! Formal attire. Ladies, please do not wear white.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We understand our guests have certain restrictions and we want to respect that. However, out of respect for our cook, please do not bring in any other food into the building. If you have a specific allergy, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate to your request.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

This is a very important part of our life that we would like to spend with the people closest to us. If we have not met your significant other, or if you have not asked about bringing them, we would love to meet them at another point in time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that children 7 and under stay home for the evening. The only small children will be immediate family to L&O. We do understand that this might impact your ability to attend the wedding, we pray all of our friends, families and loved ones who are invited are able to attend. If you’re not able to, we will celebrate with you at a later date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like all of our guests to be at the ceremony at least 10-15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Since the ceremony starts at 3:30, we ask everyone to be there BY 3:15 at the latest.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like guests to RSVP by November 20th at the latest. By that point we want all of our guests to tell us if they are attending or are not able to make it. That way it’s before the holiday rush, so you can put that aside, and enjoy the holidays. If we do not hear from you by the 20th, we will assume you are not coming or you are bringing a chair and a sandwich.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The senior center has lots of parking available for our guests.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, target and Amazon. We would feel very grateful and blessed if our guests were willing to get something off of our registry, but we understand not everyone is able to do that.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to unplug from the ceremony, put their phones away, and enjoy the moment with us. We have a wonderful photographer who we trust will take many beautiful wedding photos. However you are more then welcome to take photos during the reception.
