FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by April 10, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will unfortunately have to mark you as 'no', as we need to provide final guest count to our vendors. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving by 3:30pm EST to allow for parking and seating time. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm EST.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

In order to keep the event intimate, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation and RSVP links. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue will be available but limited, so we highly encourage carpooling when possible.

Question

What is the dress code and venue like?

Answer

We can't wait to see everyone in their best formal attire for our backyard wedding! :) Please note that all events will occur outdoors. Be mindful of shoes and light outerwear for the weather.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

A professional photographer will be hired to capture our special moment! We welcome photos and videos during cocktail hour and reception, but kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony.

Question

What is the gate code?

Answer

The neighborhood gate should remain open until sunset. If needed, the gate code to access the neighborhood is 3473.

Question

Should I stay in Charlotte or Concord?

Answer

Both cities are great options. Charlotte is a city with museums and a vibrant food scene, while Concord is a smaller, scenic town and closer to the ceremony. The distance to the wedding venue can range from 45 minutes to an hour for Charlotte and 20 minutes from Concord.

Question

Are Kids Allowed at the Wedding?

Answer

We love everyone's kids! But, in order to keep the event intimate, we are having an adult-only wedding.

Question

Will Peach the Pug be there?

Answer

No (-: Peach has decided to sit this one out to attend to other pug duties.
