We plan on continuing to observe Covid-19 CDC recommended guidelines by practicing social distancing in any indoor spaces as the majority of the wedding will take place outside. Masks are not required, however they are openly accepted, we want to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible and we totally understand. As of right now, the church does not require proof of vaccination. The venue which is the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gastelo, does not require you to be vaccinated. All we ask is too respectful to anyone's preferences or wishes as to what makes them feel comfortable. Thank you in advance.
We would like to keep the Ceremony portion of the wedding semi-formal. The reception is also semi-formal, however bring comfy shoes, a light jacket, and maybe a change of clothes in case things on the dance floor get hot!
We ask if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions to inform us in your RSVP note, or for better confirmation you can call or message Olivia at (480)625-7531 or Kaymin at (480)320-8240 to ensure we are aware and can make necessary changes.
Included inside your invitations should be an RSVP letter and envelope to send back to us. We ask kindly, that you feel them out and send them back as soon as possible, no later than February 20th.
We are wanting to keep it a smaller set wedding, with no more than 75-80 guests, at the most. We ask kindly, that you do not exceed our wishes by inviting others that were not addressed in the invitation. This is just to ensure that Kaymin and Olivia both feel comfortable in front of their families and friends. Thank you in advance.
