Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. There is parking at the Hawthorne Hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony is promptly at 5:00 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to take your seat.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi Formal/Cocktail Attire. We recommend comfortable shoes and a light sweater or jacket for the sunset cruise!

What is a “cocktail style” dinner reception?
Answer
This is a less formal but more intimate dinner reception with no seating chart so there is more opportunity to mix and mingle! There will be a variety of food stations and hors d'oeuvres being passed around so bring your appetites.

Is there a room block?

There is only a limited amount of rooms in the room block. If you did not receive information about the room block in your invitation please go to the ‘Travel’ tab for a list of the best options for hotels nearby!
