Book your travel and accommodation as soon as possible, as January is a busy time for travelers. Please reserve rooms by October 31, 2025. Note that there are no reserved room blocks for the wedding. If the resort sells out, you'll need to stay at another hotel and purchase a day pass to attend the wedding at Majestic Elegance.
To ensure the best experience for everyone—and to meet the resort’s wedding policy—we kindly ask that all guests stay at the resort if they plan to attend the wedding. The resort requires that at least 90% of our guests stay on property, so in order to include everyone in the festivities and make everything as smooth and fun as possible, we strongly encourage all guests to book their stay at the resort. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all in one beautiful place!
Guests will need to cover their own travel expenses, including flights, accommodations, and any additional excursions. Majestic Elegance is an all-inclusive resort and will be included with your stay. Approximate cost for a 7 day vacation is around $2,000 per person. The resort has a 4-day minimum stay requirement for guests, so you'll need to book at least four nights. However, you're only required to attend the wedding on the day it takes place. Feel free to enjoy the resort and explore during your extra days, but you’re not required to stay the entire time if you prefer to leave right after the wedding
Due to limited space at the venue, we are unfortunately unable to invite children, except for those specifically listed on the invitation. We hope you understand this decision, as it’s necessary to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
Majestic Elegance Resort has two sections: the Family Section (all ages) and the Elegance Club Section (18+). The Family Section is open to all guests, but they cannot access the Elegance Club (18+). The Elegance Club offers adults-only privacy and additional perks, including exclusive lounges, extra bars, private beach access with Bali beds, and more.
