Invitations were sent out late January. Unfortunately, many of these invites went missing in the mail! If you have not received a letter, please contact us or find your name on the RSVP tab! Contact information will be at the end of the FAQs.
Guests are unfortunately not permitted to enter the Merion Tribute House until 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, stated on the venue contract. Please allow ample time to arrive by 3:45pm since it a short time to be seated and ready for the 4:00pm start time. If guests arrive after the ceremony start time, they must wait inside the venue or in their car as to not have any distractions. Refreshments will be available prior to the ceremony. Thank you!
Yes! The Merion Tribute House has plenty of parking! It fits about 120 cars and will have a parking attendant to direct guests. If guests are able to carpool, take that route! That just means more drinks for you! The venue is also handicap accessible.
Dress code is cocktail attire. This is more polished than casual but less formal than black tie. For women, examples include any length dress or jumpsuits. For men, examples include a dress shirt and tie or a nice polo paired with dress pants. Keep in mind the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass so wear shoes you don't mind getting a little dirty! Please do not wear jeans and do not wear white. Thank you!
As much as the Bride and Groom would love to have everyone bring a plus-one, budget restraints and venue capacity unfortunately don't allow them to invite more wonderful people--as much as they would love having more! The wedding invitations will indicate if guests are able to bring a date, or not. If the envelope does not mention a plus-one, guests are expected to attend solo. Likewise, if the envelope states The ___ Family, all members of that household are invited. If a guest feel strongly about bringing a date, please contact the couple to inquire about the possibility. Thank you!
While we adore all the children in our lives and cherish the joy they bring, we've made the decision to have a child-free wedding. The Bride and Groom envision their wedding as a celebration where adults can relax, socialize, and enjoy the festivities without worrying about childcare responsibilities. This allows them to create a more formal or sophisticated atmosphere that aligns with their vision for the day. Please contact the couple if guests have any concerns. Thank you!
As the Bride and Groom build a home and create memories that will last a lifetime, they would be incredibly grateful for monetary gifts that they can put towards their shared goals for the future. Gifts are also welcome and much appreciated. The couple has a registry at https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/oliviaandjordan2025 which is also listed under the registry tab, on this website. There will be a card box and gift table at the venue if guests would prefer to bring their gifts, day of. The couple thanks you!
Yes! The Bride and Groom are thrilled to let their guests know that the caterers will be hosting a FULL open bar at the reception! Great drinks and good company go hand in hand, and the couple wants their guests to enjoy themselves to the fullest. Please reach out to the couple if guests have any special drink recommendations!
Please do! The couple wants to make sure their guests have an exceptional experience dining with them. They will relay guest requests to their caterer. If you are also vegan or vegetarian, the servers will have that option for you, for the entree.
Per The Merion Tribute House policies, smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. The Bride and Groom request guests try their best to avoid smoking while at the venue.
