When should we arrive?

Please arrive at 15 minute before 4:00pm, as the mass ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

What is the COVID-19 protocol? Vaccination and Proof?
Answer
In line with recent official announcement, starting September 13, 2021, all guest over the age of 12 will need to show proof that they are fully vaccinated. Please plan to provide the venue with proof of vaccination for your entire party. Proof of vaccination may include the New York State Excelsior Pass and your Covid-19 Vaccination Card.

Formal: Light-colored (beige, pale pink, champagne, or light blue) cocktail dresses for ladies, and dark suits for men please!

Is there a gap between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be an approximately one hour gap between when the ceremony ends and when the reception starts. We anticipate that time would be used to take photos and travel to the reception location. It should take about 15 mins to travel from St. Patrick's to Electric Lemon. Please feel free to use this this gap time for photo taking around the church, or maybe shop around at 5th Ave.

Is the ceremony and reception at different places?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony will take place at St. Patricks' on 5th Avenue, and the reception will take place at Electric Lemon in Hudson Yards (<15 mins drive).

Reception Arrival Notes?
Answer
Cocktail hour starts from 6:00pm. Upon arrival, please check in at 25th floor private entrance, and then follow the lead of bridesmaids to 24th floor outdoor area for photo taking. These photos will be printed out on the spot, and go to our Guest Book! Please come back to 25th floor after photo taking, and sign the Guest Book~ (Cocktail reception will be served at 25th floor private lounge, please come back to 25th after taking photos :)
