We kindly ask you to RSVP before September 1, 2026 to allow us time to connect with our vendors and give them a final head count.
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This gives you plenty of time to park, check out our gorgeous venue, and find a seat before the ceremony starts.
Yes! The dress code is Country Cocktail so break out your favorite western wear. No western wear, no problem! We request traditional cocktail attire if you do not have western wear. (See "Guest Attire Info" page for further details)
All guests that were given a plus one were notified on their invitation. Please do not bring a date if you were not given a plus one (our venue and caterer have a strict guest count policy).
Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you leave the kids at home. Take the night off to celebrate with us!
Yes, the venue has space for guest parking. However, if you plan on drinking, please have a designated driver or use a ride share service. We want all of our guests to be safe and responsible!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside; we recommend not wearing stilettos to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors!
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by a limited open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of beer and wine.
A buffet style dinner will be provided, offering a choice of chicken or BBQ, as well as an assortment of our favorite southern style sides!
