FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31st, 2026. Happy Birthday Liv!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To help us stay within our venue capacity, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and your online RSVP. If you have been given a plus-one, they'll appear on both your invitation envelope and your RSVP on our website. Thank you for understanding, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child’s name is listed on the invitation envelope, we’d love to have them join us. We look forward to meeting them on the dance floor during the reception!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is perfect for the occasion. If you're trying to avoid matching the bridesmaids, they'll be wearing emerald green.

Question

Want to contribute to the wedding? How about bringing a pie!

Answer

Pie happens to be our favorite dessert, so we’re creating a cozy, community-style pie table at the reception! We’d love for friends and family to contribute if you’d like. Bringing a homemade (or store-bought) pie is completely optional, but it’s a sweet way to add a personal touch (and another dessert option!) to the celebration. Recipe and label cards will be provided for donors to fill out, so you can easily note the type of pie and who made it. This adds a charming personal detail and helps guests with dietary restrictions know what they’re enjoying.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Kirkbride Hall has plenty of parking available! Guests are welcome to park in any valid, marked parking space on the grounds. If the main parking areas are full, an overflow lot is available around the corner behind the Pleasanton Brick Oven Bakery. You're also welcome to leave your vehicle overnight if needed.

Question

Will there be a shuttle provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, at this time there will be no transportation provided. Uber and Lyft are sometimes available, but can be extremely limited. Please arrange for a designated driver and drink responsibly!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, giving guests the chance to mingle and enjoy yard games in the fresh air or head inside. The reception will take place indoors in the hall. If it rains, the ceremony will still go on!
