Shannon is also on her way to becoming a URI graduate with her psychology degree. Olivia admires Shannon’s hardworking nature and honesty .

Olivia’s high school friend of over 8 years after first meeting in gym class ! Riley enjoys hiking and all things adventurous . She is also an EMT and just earned her nursing degree from New England Tech ! Olivia admires Riley’s determination and hardworking nature .

Olivia’s cousin and dear friend. Olivia and Mia have had many adventures together and look forward to continuing on to create many more . Mia is earning her Communications degree in May from Westchester University in PA. Olivia enjoys Mia’s carefree spirit and caring nature .

Kelsey And Olivia have known each other for over 21 years ( since Olivia’s birth ) . They have enjoyed many adventures together in Cape Cod Massachusetts at Olivia’s summer home. In 2017 Kelsey was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA and she is earning her degree in psychology this May from the University of Rhode Island. Olivia admires Kelsey’s confidence and hospitality.

Taylor has also known Olivia since birth being Kelsey’s sister ! Taylor just became a real estate agent and is getting married in June of 2020! Everyone loves Tay’s beautiful smile and bubbly personality (:

Olivia’s cousin and dear friend . With a listening ear and kind heart , Shelby is always there for her family and friends . Shelby graduated from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia in 2015. She is currently the operations manger at a nonprofit in New Mexico where she resides with her boyfriend Sheldon .

Olivia recently graduated from URI with her degree in Human Development and Family Studies . Born and raised in good ole’ RI, Olivia landed her first post degree job at Westbay Community Action in Warwick as a Case Manager . She also does court advocacy on the side as volunteer work. Jacob admires Olivia’s determination and beautiful personality. She is very excited to be marrying her best friend this August !

Jacob has been active duty in the United States Navy since 2015 and is currently a Navigation Electronics Technician aboard the USS South Dakota . Jacob enjoys hands on activities, skiing , and spending time with his family. Olivia admires Jacobs hardworking nature and kind heart . Jacob is excited to marry his best friend in August !

Ben and Jacob are cousins and dear friends . They spent ample time together growing up, particularly during the summer months where they would de-tassel corn together in Wisconsin. Ben has 6 other siblings and he is currently working on his mechanical engineer degree at The University of Wisconsin.

Jacob and Dan are both NavET’s aboard the South Dakota . Being in the same command , Jacob calls Dan one of his best friends . Native to Texas , Dan hopes to return home and attend college after his Navy contract is up!
Trevor Olson

Jacob and Trevor are also in the same command on the South Dakota . They spend ample time together at work and enjoy each other’s company . Trevor is an Illinois native like Jacob and plans to become a doctor after his Navy contract is up !

Pictured bottom far right, Brody is a Fire Control Technician aboard the South Dakota . Jacob was introduced to Brody through mutual friends and have been pals since . Brody is an Iowa native and enjoys hunting and everything country ! Brody plans to head back home after his contract is up and attend college .
Dylan Cain

Originally from Louisiana, Dylan’s family now resides in Long Island New York . He is a Fire Control Technician like Brody aboard the South Dakota . Dylan plans to earn his business degree after his Navy contract. Everyone can say they enjoy Dyl’s outgoing personality and humor !
Sandra Sherman
Mother of the Bride
Sandra was born and raised in Providence RI, with 6 siblings ! She married Joseph Sherman in 1986 and 10 years later ( after many vacations ) 🙂 , Olivia Inez arrived . Sandra currently owns two design tile showrooms, one in North Palm Beach and one in Stuart Florida after moving to West Palm Beach in 2015. She currently resides on Singer Island with her significant other Jody, who has become a part of our family . We are so proud of her dedication and hard work . She is a true gem and wonderful mother . 💕
The late Joseph Sherman
Father of the Bride
Born and raised in Johnston RI, Joseph was the youngest of 3 , with two older sisters . An avid gardener, fisherman , and skier , he spent most of his time outside ! He loved vacationing in Cape Cod Massachusetts where Olivia’s best memories of him take place . In 2014, he was diagnosed with Lymphoma and passed away in October of that same year . He will never meet Jacob or any of his future grandchildren which breaks all of our hearts tremendously. His memory lives on through his daughter , wife , family and friends . Rest In Peace to the best dad ever ⭐️
Diana Friederich

Born in Madison Wisconsin and raised in Waterford , Diana is the oldest of two daughters . She homeschooled Jacob and his two sisters until high school for Jacob , and throughout high school for Rebecca and Emily . Diana enjoys cooking and nature walks . Her calm and caring personality make her favorable to all her family and friends ⭐️
Matthew Friederich
Father of the Groom
Born in Milwaukee WI and raised in Madison , Matt has his Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering as well as two Bachelor of Sciences, one in Electrical and Computer Engineering and the other in Mathematics! Matt enjoys watching football and reading the Economist . We all enjoy Matt’s humor and jokes... well, to some extent 😄.
