We met in October of 1998. Avery made me a sister and through the years, we have realized we aren’t just sisters, we are best friends. Avery has been there for me through the good and the bad. We can drive each other crazy sometimes, but she is one of the few people I know will always be there for me. There is no one else I could imagine to be right next to me on that altar.

Melissa and I have been best friends since the summer before freshman year of high school. While going to different colleges could fade some friendships, ours never did. Distance and the crazy turns of life has never gotten between us. We always pick up where we left off. That is rare and because of this, I have come to realize just how special our friendship is. I was honored to stand next to her at her wedding and now it is bittersweet to have her next to me at mine.

Hands down my funniest friend. While living with Allie for two years in Samford House at Auburn, I never went a day without laughter. Don’t get me wrong, we have had our fair share of tears on each other’s shoulders, but that has shown that she always has my back. Allie has taught me a lot, but the most important thing is that laughter can heal anything.

When I was 4 years old, my parents were building the house that I have always called home. I remember standing in the what would be our driveway, and seeing Sara and her mom sitting in their driveway across the street. Little did I know, we would come to be best friends. Avery and I spent the majority of our childhood years in a car on the way to school with the Lawson’s, playing at each other’s houses, and riding their golf cart through the neighborhood. Sara has seen me through every milestone of my life and I’m so lucky to have her next to me at this one.

Catie and I met while in the same sorority at Auburn. We got really close junior year and Catie came to surprise me with a side of her that not everybody is lucky enough to get to know. When law school at Samford brought her to Birmingham, I was so excited to have this sweet friend so close. Now, I’m so excited to have her so close to me on our special day.

Kaitlyn was my big sister in the sorority. It wasn’t long before she became my big sister in life. I have never seen Kaitlyn in a bad mood and she is one of the sweetest people I know. She has never met someone she couldn’t be friends with. I feel so lucky to be able to be a bridesmaid when she weds the love of her life. I’m so thankful she’ll stand with me when I marry mine.

Best Man
I have my dad to thank for the man I am today. He has taught me hard work, perseverance, and the importance of family. He would take me with him everywhere as a kid, from drag races to hunting. Now, I am even lucky enough to work with my dad everyday in the business he has worked so hard to build. Since day one, my dad has been my best friend. It only makes sense that on the biggest day of my life, he is my best man.

Joseph is the oldest brother. He also works for the family business my dad started and it's great getting to work with him everyday. I have always admired Joseph’s love for life. He is always up to do something fun with friends and family. His love for Auburn football is unreal, which is ironic since he is an Alabama graduate. Some of my favorite memories with Joseph were when he would come down to Auburn to stay with me for a gameday weekend. He has always been there for me and I'm so glad he'll be there for me by my side when I get married.

Bailey made me a big brother. I’ve always loved how close we were in age. We were able to play sports together, go to school together, and eventually live together in college. He may be my little brother, but I have always looked up to him. Our big day wouldn’t be the same without him standing by my side.

The youngest brother. It’s safe to say he has put up with a lot from us older brothers, but he has been the one that taught us the most. Because of our age difference, I have been able to truly watch him grow up into the smart, funny, God loving “little man” he is today. I’m unbelievably proud of him and so happy to have him by my side.

Growing up in a very large family, Jake and I were the closest cousins in age. Since a young age, we have done pretty much everything together and it continues today. From late night gaming to weekends hunting, he’s become not only a cousin but a best friend. I’m honored to have him standing next to me on my wedding day.

Mason “Hotwheels” Dean. We met sophomore year of college playing basketball. Before long, we were working, traveling, and hanging out with friends. Now, our friendship has moved from Auburn to Birmingham. It’s been great having one of my best friends living in the same city. I couldn’t imagine this day without him.

Vasili and I met in kindergarten and he became one of my first best friends. We've been friends ever since. Despite going to different colleges, we remained close and never missed a beat whenever we finally got to hang out on weekends home from school. It's awesome being able to have such a longtime friend as one of my groomsman on my wedding day.

Colby was another friend I made on the basketball court at Auburn. Before long, Colby was also working at the Auburn Hotel with me and Mason. We've traveled together and had a lot of fun throughout the last few years. It doesn't take long to become best friends with Colby because of how outgoing he is. He is an absolute blast to be around. I'm so excited to have him by my side on our big day.
