Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are encouraging all of our guests to use our wedding as a date night however kids are welcome. Please be aware, the wedding venue is located next to a large body of water so children must be supervised at all times.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is garden party! Wear fun colors! It's a complete outdoor wedding in June so please take that into consideration when choosing your outfit! We ask you don't wear jeans!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception are outdoors. The ceremony is in a wooded area, with lots of trees and shade while the reception is tented.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large grassy area close to the ceremony space with parking attendants to help guide you. There will also be a golf cart available to transport anyone to the reception space as well as getting you from your car to the ceremony space.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes there will, we encourage you to enjoy the bar but please have plans in place for getting home safely.

Are there hotels available?

Answer

While we aren't doing a hotel block, there is a hotel available near by! We recommend the Hampton Inn located in Massillon, it's a 13 minute drive from the venue!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?

Answer

The dinner course will be served family style. We tried to include a large assortment of food to cater to everyones tastes and diets. The menu is as follows: Chicken Marsala, Beef Roast Medallions with a horseradish sauce, Roasted Redskin Potatoes, Grilled Vegetables, Roasted Red Pepper Penne Pasta and Salad.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The prelude will being at 4 and the ceremony will start at 4:30 so we just ask you arrive no earlier than 3:30.
