Is the ceremony and reception held at two separate locations?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception are held at the same location. The ceremony will be held at the field adjacent to the barn. The reception will be held within the barn.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, however there is possible re-location under a tent if rain is in the forecast. The reception is partially outdoors with it being held inside the barn.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available on-site for the ceremony and reception. With golf cart transportation available to assist those with difficulty walking long distances.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, please let the couple know in advance so that we may be able to plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are addressed specifically on each invitation. While we look forward to getting to know everyone’s partners please understand our guest list is limited and restricted to close friends and family.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we enjoy your children’s company please understand that this event is directed towards the 21+ crowd. Children invited will be expressed directly on invitations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is western formal/business casual. While we understand that not everyone has western formal, business casual will do just fine. Please understand that photographs will be taken throughout the night. We will cherish these photos forever and ask that everyone looks nice. Also be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly, we never know what we will get in a New York September.
