we’re getting married

Ehren and I were introduced to each other in 2015. Ehren and my sister Leaha, worked at the same restaurant. After several failed attempts of asking my sister to give Ehren my number, I took matters into my own hands. I left my number on a bar napkin one night after having dinner there with my mom. It didn’t take long for him to contact me (obviously haha) and we started dating just a few short months later! In February 2018, after moving 3 times we took our relationship to the next level and we bought our first house. We are slowly, one farm animal at a time, making it a home! In March 2019, we got the greatest surprise of our lives when we found out we were expecting our first child!! Although very shocked, we could not have been more happy and excited. Sutton Robert Gregory Sladick arrived January 21st, 2020 and to this day, our sweet boy is still our absolute favorite surprise and our greatest blessing! On November 21st, 2020, I got the second best surprise of my life. We went walking down Michigan Beach, looking for Petoskey stones with my sister Danielle and our niece Norah. Ehren had a handful of Petoskey stones for me to put in my pocket. When I turned around Ehren was down on one knee, with Sutton in his pack on his daddy's chest, and Ehren asked me to be his wife….finally!!! We cannot wait to get married and I could not be more excited to share the name Sladick with my two favorite guys.
