Our story
It all started on a Saturday in February of 2017 where by chance these two awkward and shy 15-year-olds met. After about a month of talking, we officially began dating in the Spring of 2017. After years of multiple high school dances, making our parents drive the 40-minute drive so we could see each other and countless hours of watching each other's events, it was time to graduate and go to college. With D.J. headed to the University of Illinois and Olivia off to Chicago it allowed for another four years of 2-hour drives on 57 to see each other and plenty of facetime calls. In the fall of their Senior year, D.J. proposed at the Orpheum in Galesburg where two 15-year-olds had their first date many years ago. Now all these years later, these two high school sweethearts could not be more excited to begin their life together in Cincinnati Ohio where D.J. is a student at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine pursing his dreams to become a doctor.
