When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Olivia will be wearing a short white dress, David will be wearing a suit. Cocktail/Semi Formal is great! For men, think dark jeans, khakis, or suit pants and collared shirts. For women, same options plus skirts/dresses ;)

Can I bring a date?

Your invite will note whether you have a +1, but if you’re not sure, please ask!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Element Detroit at the Metropolitan, make sure to book your room BEFORE Friday, February 6th. See the "travel" tab for more info!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We love your kids, but this party is just for the grown-ups.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The venue provides a private parking lot with security on site.

Wtf, you guys are already married!?

Answer

We are married already - surprise!!! We kept the ceremony tiny in Petoskey and saved the dance floor chaos for this party.

What kind of food are we talking?

Answer

Only the best: tacos, chips, guac, salsa… the works. It’s not a sit-down dinner, so grab food whenever you’re hungry! Late night pizza will also be provided :)

Will transportation/rideshares be easy?

Yes, Uber/Lyft is everywhere in Detroit!

Can I park overnight?

Unfortunately the venue does not allow overnight parking.
