Floating through Bend on the Deschutes River in the summer is one of our favorite things to do when visiting! Tubes can be rented from Sun Country Tours which has a shuttle to bring you back to parking when you're finished floating.
Visit Drake Park and Mirror Pond

Beautiful for a picnic or walk. Close to downtown Bend which has plenty of shops and restaurants!
Smith Rock State Park

Located about 45 minutes from Bend, there are various hikes to choose from to enjoy Smith Rock State Park! An early morning start is nice if planning to hike to the top!
Tumalo Falls

Beautiful waterfall thirty minutes from Bend.
