We love your little ones, but we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us for a fun and relaxing evening!
Shuttle service will be provided between the Hilton Garden Inn Media and Penn Oaks Golf Club. Following the ceremony, a shuttle will begin transporting guests from the hotel to the reception starting at 4:15 PM. At the end of the evening, return shuttles will depart the venue at 10:00 PM to bring guests back to the hotel.
Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
Check-in will begin at 3:00 PM. With a short gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour, this is the perfect time to get settled into your room and relax. Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary signature drink at the hotel bar during this time. Shuttle service will also be available to transport guests from the hotel to the reception.
