We do ask that if you plan to book a hotel, please utilize the transportation service we have coordinated due to limited parking at the venue. For those not staying in a hotel, you may park at the wedding venue. Cars need to be picked up by 9:00 AM Sunday morning if left overnight at the venue.

AmericInn will be the main hotel for guest to stay. We blocked rooms for a discounted price. This hotel is the only hotel with the shuttle service provided. Please utilized the shuttle to go to and from the wedding and hotel. Times will be posted at a later date. Check-in is 3:00 PM.

The Cobblestone will be an option for guest to stay as well. There are rooms block at the Cobblestone, but there is NO shuttle service to take guest to the venue for the ceremony. There will be an option to drop guest off after the wedding from the venue to the hotel for safe traveling!

August 12, 2023 3:00 pm - 12:30 am

There will be two shuttle pick ups before the ceremony, starting at 3:00 pm and then around 3:30 pm, to take guest to the venue. The shuttle will take guest back to hotel starting at 8:00 pm until 12:30 am. The bus can drop guest off at the Cobblestone hotel, but WILL NOT pick up from the Cobblestone before ceremony.
