What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for our wedding is formal cocktail attire! We would love everyone to dress up in their best! ❤️

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a Tea Ceremony immediately following the wedding ceremony! It will be from 4:30-5:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend! Right after the Tea Ceremony, you can head straight to the reception hall, where we will serving finger-foods and beverages for cocktail hour! Please note that guests won’t be allowed into the reception hall for cocktail hour until it starts at 5:00pm! There is a lobby outside the hall if you would like to wait there till it starts!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to make sure everyone is seated on time as the ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking once you enter into Springfield Country Club!

Question

Will there be transportation to and from any hotel?

Answer

The Courtyard Springfield (by Marriott) is on the same property as the Country Club! The Fairfield Inn & Suites is the only hotel that offers free shuttle services to and from the venue! It also provides a free breakfast! If taking the shuttle, the last one for the night leaves at 11:00pm to head back to the hotel!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, ceremony will be held outdoors, but the reception will be held indoors!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, our celebration is strictly RSVP only! We are only accommodating those listed on the wedding invitation!
