We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by November 15, 2025. This allows us to finalize everything with our vendors and ensure a seamless, thoughtfully curated experience for each of our guests—well before the holiday season picks up. We can’t wait to celebrate together. Thank you in advance for planning ahead with us!
Wedding Day Attire – Coastal Formal Please dress to impress. Think elegant silhouettes in breathable fabrics—black tie meets garden party by the sea. Ladies: Floor-length or cocktail dresses in muted, romantic tones such as sand, champagne, dusty blue, soft olive, or delicate florals. Opt for airy, lightweight fabrics that move beautifully. Kindly avoid sage green, tan, or coastal blue—these colors are reserved for the wedding party. Bold prints and neon hues are also discouraged. Gentlemen: Lightweight suits or dress pants with a collared shirt. Linen or cotton blends are encouraged. Jackets are required for the ceremony and appreciated for the reception, though ties are optional. Please Note: The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on grass. We suggest wedges, block heels, or elegant flats for comfort and ease.
While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
In February, summer (or Verano, as locals call it) is in full swing in Costa Rica, which means there’s plenty of sunshine and warm, tropical weather. Temperatures reach from 70°F to the low 90s°F. Despite the heat, northern winds keep the air fresh and breezy and humidity levels remain in the 60% range. Rain is rare. Sun sets between 5:00pm-5:30pm.
-A passport valid for at least three months after arrival date to Costa Rica. - U.S. citizens do not need a Visa for Costa Rica - A return ticket back home or to another country is required upon entry. The length of visa-free stay is up to 90 days
No. Bring cash, as Costa Rica accepts (and loves) USD. There is a 13% tax on most things unless you use cash. We suggest letting your bank know that you will be traveling abroad so you can use your cards without being flagged while in Costa Rica.
Costa Rica observes Central Standard Time (CST) all year. There are no daylight savings time changes.
Outlets are the same as in the US, so no electric adaptors/converters are needed.
Waze and Google Maps work best in Costa! Apple Maps does not work here.
Please confirm with your phone provider on your available international plan. Most providers have a $5-15 daily fee to add international for your trip! Also, be sure to download WhatsApp - this will be the most common method of communication for locals.
