How did Camden Propose? With the help of Liv's best friend and Maid of Honor, Sammy. Let's be real, it was going to take a pretty elaborate plan to surprise Liv. Here is the long version: Camden had "plans" to visit Minnesota over Valentine's Day weekend, and Liv made it very clear she hated the idea of a Valentine's Day proposal ;) She was so sure he wouldn't do it while he was here. Little did she know plans were being made behind the scenes with Sammy. The weekend before he was supposed to come, Sammy supposedly had a "Teacher Conference" to attend and desperately asked Liv to go with her so she didn't have to go alone. Apparently Sam had already talked to their Head Coach for approval to miss a bit of practice, and a yummy dinner was included, so of course Liv agreed! Day of: Liv and Sammy got all dressed up for this fancy conference, and Cam was on his way to Minnesota trying to text Liv all day and derail her from thinking something was "off". They headed out to "St. Thomas" for the conference and somehow ended up at Minnehaha Falls...where Camden and Liv had their very first date. Sammy said, "Hey, I have never been here. Can we go walk around quick being we are late to this stupid conference anyways?" Of course Liv had a sneaking suspicion of something, but Cam just texted saying he "just got out of a meeting with his boss and was going to the gym." Hmmm. They parked and started walking. As they approached the big waterfall, Liv saw a tan peacoat off in the distance which appeared to be the same one she bought Camden the pervious Christmas. She stopped in her tracks as it got a little closer. It was definitely him! They gave each other the biggest hug and Camden got down on his knee. On February 7th, 2020, Liv said "Yes!" to forever with her best friend, tears in her eyes, with Sammy there to capture it all.

Q. How did you first meet? Camden and I met at college. His roommate at the time invited another girl and I to come over and hangout, and when Cam was there we immediately became interested in each other. A few short weeks and snapchats later, we were hanging out and talking all the time! We continued to talk off and on for about two years but Camden always stuck in my corner and reassured me that I was the girl he would end up with. He was right. We started dating, hanging out all the time, and here we are! Q. Who made the first move? How? Drum roll....I (Liv) most definitely did. Of course with a little bit of liquid courage backing me up, though! On Christmas Eve back in 2016, I decided to add Camden (who was nothing more than just a mutual "friend" at this point) on Snapchat. I expressed my interest in him hoping there was some sort of reciprocal feelings, and he reassured me there most definitely was! You're welcome Cam, for making it easy on you ;) Q. Who's going to take out the trash? Camden can take it out, and I'll put the new bag in...teamwork makes the dream work. Q. What's your favorite activity together? Drinking coffee. Exploring new cities. Or drinking coffee while exploring new cities, if we want the all-inclusive package. Q. Where are you going for your honeymoon? There aren't any official plans yet, but we have a few ideas! Check back for more on that later! Q. What's the best meal you have eaten together? Liv: As romantic as it sounds, Camden's mom makes some bomb homemade pizza during Seahawks games. Cam: Literally anything her dad makes at Dolsie's, and that's not just to earn brownie points.
