We have booked a room block with Niagara Crossing Hotel. This is located 20 minutes from the venue. The room must be booked by April 21st 2026 for it to be under the block rate. We will have shuttle transportation to this hotel on the wedding day.

Another popular option in the Buffalo area. This hotel is in Niagara Falls about 30 minutes from the venue. It comes with the additional attraction of a casino to add to a fun weekend! We will have shuttle transportation to this hotel on the wedding day.

For the convenience and safety of our guests, complimentary shuttle transportation will be available throughout the evening between the hotels and Binksberry Hollow. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttle service so you can relax, enjoy the celebration, and travel to and from the venue with ease. We will be running two shuttles, one able to seat 24 and one able to seat 14. Please find the schedule below for the shuttle transportation. -The 24-person shuttle will arrive at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino at 2:45 PM and depart promptly at 3:00 PM for Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa. It is expected to arrive between 3:15–3:20 PM and will then depart for Binksberry Hollow around 3:45–4:00 PM. -The 14-person shuttle will arrive at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa at 3:00 PM and depart for Binksberry Hollow at 3:15 PM. -Following the reception, both shuttles will depart Binksberry Hollow shortly after 10:00 PM. The 24-person shuttle will return guests to Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa and then continue on to Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The 14-person shuttle will return directly to Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa only.
