Market Square is one of downtown Knoxville’s most popular spots, filled with local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and live music. If you’re like Olivia and tend to shop a little too much, it’s the perfect excuse to wander downtown- and the nearby Old City makes it easy to turn it into a full afternoon.
Dollywood
Dollywood is about an hour from Knoxville and absolutely worth the trip if you want to make a full weekend out of your visit. Whether you’re there for the rides, the cinnamon bread, or just to pay your respects to Dolly herself, it’s a classic East Tennessee experience.
Gatlinburg
Gatlinburg is about an hour from Knoxville and makes for the perfect day trip if you’re like Cade and love a good tourist trap. Between the mountain views, walkable downtown, endless shops, and Smoky Mountain chaos… and if another black bear decides to casually stroll through downtown, please send us pictures.
