We both went to Mercyhurst University but surprisingly our paths never crossed. Who would have thought we would meet on a dating app. Our first date was a group outing with two of Brady's college friends, but we met just the two of us before hand to grab a bite to eat and get to know each other a better. What was meant to be a quick hello turned into laughter and great conversation. It was then we both knew it was the beginning of something truly special. After our breakfast at Panera, we headed over to the skating rink, already feeling like we'd know each other longer than we actually had. Between the laughter, the nerves, on and off the ice, it was hard to believe how natural it felt. It felt less like a first date and more like time spent with someone we had known for far longer. At the end of that first date, we both knew it was the start of something magical. And now, surrounded by the people we love the most, we get to celebrate the moment the moment with the two of us on that skating rink. What started as a simple first date has grown into a beautiful life together filled with love, friendship, and countless memories.
