When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be able to bring a plus one, but we have to be conscientious of our guest count. We hope everyone understands. Plus ones will be specified on your invitation!

Are kids welcome to join?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair aside from our immediate families. Treat it as a parents' night out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When filling out the RSVP online, you will be able to note any dietary restrictions you may have.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! All guests are welcome to join us at our welcome party on Friday evening from 7:30pm-9:30pm. The welcome event will take place at 101 SkyLounge Rooftop.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi formal attire to the wedding. Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. For the welcome party, please wear cocktail attire. Think sundresses, khakis, polos or button downs. No jeans or shorts please. The welcome party will be outside on a rooftop.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, so all guests have enough time to park at the Grand Hall and make their way to the Garden via the shuttle onsite at the venue.

How should I get to the wedding?

Answer

You can choose to either drive or use the transportation service we’re providing from either The Event Lodge at Hidden Mountain Resort or Fairfield Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge. If you opt to drive, there is ample parking available at The Grand Hall. Please remember to drive safely. Note that rideshare options like Uber are limited in the area, and overnight parking is not permitted. If driving, once on the venue's property, a shuttle will take those who park at the Grand Hall over to the Garden for the ceremony. For those wishing to take the transportation to & from the venue, the shuttles will arrive to the respective pickup locations at 3:30pm EST and promptly leave by 4:00pm to head to the venue.

How do I get to the Garden from the Grand Hall?

Answer

There will be a shuttle on the property escorting guests between the Grand Hall and the Garden.
