The ceremony, as well as the reception will both be taking place outside. The reception area will be covered. Casual/formal. Please dress accordingly. There is lots of gravel and grass areas, so flat shoes are suggested. Ellensburg can be windy so it’s recommend to bring a jacket or cover up as well.

During the Ceremony

No phones or cameras during the ceremony. There will be professional photos taken, free of cost for all guests.

Hotels
Answer
Ellensburg offers many hotels in the area. At the Red Lion, if you reserve a room over the phone using “Stafford wedding”, there is a group rate. It will not work if the reservation is made online. If you have any questions about the area, options, etc. please feel free to ask the couple!

Drinks
Answer
Please feel free to bring cash tips for the bartender, we will have a limited option open bar. The wedding is a little way out of town, so please drive careful and feel free to carpool. If drinking, please have a safe, sober driver to get back home or to a hotel. No overnight parking at the venue.

Parking?

There will be a Brightside Vintage Farms worker guiding parking. Parking is free. All cars need to be off the lot by 11pm. There is RV space for overnight guests who choose, this needs to be communicated with Brightside ahead of time, and with an additional fee. No water hookups or dumping.

Seating?
Answer
During the ceremony, please sit anywhere, there is no sides. For the reception there will not be a seating chart. A few tables around the head table will be reserved for intermediate family. So please sit anywhere you would like in the reception area besides the reserved tables, unless you’ve been told otherwise!
