We have booked a bus to take all our guests from the Lucca Train Station to our venue. It’s a 30 minute drive. Apparently, taxis and Ubers are insanely expensive (200$ for one trip to the venue). The bus will leave at 4:15 and arrive around 4:45. Drew and Olivia will be waiting at the bus to meet everyone. PLEASE don’t miss the bus because we would hate for you to spend that much money to get to the venue.
Tuscan Welcome Dinner

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
After everyone gets settled into their assigned rooms the villa will be preparing a 4 course Tuscan dinner for us all.

The Day Before

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Feel free to sleep in, spend time by the pool, or RELAX! This is the chill day before the wedding.
Rehearsal Pizza Party
6:00 pm
Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, shirts with collars, kakis or jeans.
Instead of a traditional formal rehearsal dinner, we will host an Italian Pizza Party. Using the villa brick ovens and private chef's the villa will be making fresh pizzas.

WEDDING DAY!

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.
Rehersal for Bridal Party

Our planner is unable to attend a rehearsal on June 2nd, so we will be doing a run-through of the ceremony on June 3rd morning. This is just for the bride, groom, and bridal party (parents, officiant, man/matron of honor).

We have booked a bus to shuttle everyone from the venue back to the Lucca Train Station. Checkout is at 10:00AM and the bus will LEAVE at 10:15AM.
