Are hotel accommodations included?

Answer

Yes! We have booked a block of hotel rooms for our guests to stay at for the weekend. Once you submit your RSVP from our wedding invitations, you will receive your check in information.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation to our event on Friday night, and our wedding on Saturday night. No need to call an Uber, we will get you to our events and back! Our Thursday night dinner is taking place at the beautiful Sanctuary hotel all of our guests will be staying, so no transportation is necessary.

Will we have any free time outside of your wedding weekend events?

Answer

You will! Our Thursday night welcome dinner will take place on the gorgeous grounds of the Sanctuary Hotel at 6pm. Our Friday night Havana Nights dinner will start at 6pm. Our wedding day will begin at El Chorro Resort on Saturday at 4:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Thursday - Please feel free to wear whatever you would like. Friday- We encourage our guests to wear black for our fun Rehearsal Dinner. Saturday - On our wedding day, we would love for you to wear neutrals or black please!

What is the weather like in Arizona?

Answer

Phoenix weather in the fall tends to be warm and mild during the day, with an average high of 80, and a nightly low in the high 50's. We encourage our guests to bring their swimsuit as you may wish to lay by the pool during your downtime at the hotel. We also encourage our guests to bring a light jacket/cardigan/sport coat to our events in the evening as they will all take place al fresco under the cool, desert moon.
