Flights, Airports and Transportation

From UK & Ireland ~ Flying to Puglia from the UK & Ireland is easy! British Airways, Easyjet, Lufthansa, Ryanair and many other airlines fly into the two main international airports – Bari and Brindisi! From USA ~ For the direct option, United fly direct to Naples from New York. Naples is approximately 3hrs drive from Locorotondo (close to the Wedding Venue). For those who don’t wish to rent a car, we recommend flying into London / Paris / Rome and connecting to Bari or Brindisi. From both cities, there are rail links to Fasano - Fasano is ~15 mins from Locorotondo and Masseria Pistola. Upon arrival to either airport (Bari or Brindisi) you will have no issues getting a taxi for your onward travel. Should you prefer to rent a car we suggest any of the major car rental agencies located in both airports: Avis, Sixt, Europcar etc. For other trips by taxi we do recommend that you pre-book your taxi service. Often this can be done through your hotel. Below are some local taxi drivers, not all of them will speak good English so Whatsapp is the best way to reach them. Payments will need to be done in cash. Uber isn't available in the area.
