Question
Where Should I Stay?
Answer
While we have room blocks at The St. Julien Hotel & Spa and The Residence Inn Boulder, we assume that many people may opt to stay in Airbnbs, VRBOs, or other nearby hotels. Boulder is a large city with many different options for lodging. There are also nearby towns including Broomfield which may have hotels at lower rates than rates you may find in Boulder. Please see Travel page for more details.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will not provide transportation given the main hotel block is located at the venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Question
Do I get to bring a plus one? Or kids?
Answer
Formal invitations will be sent out approximately 2 months prior to the wedding day. Please refer to your formal invitation, which will include the names of guests invited to attend. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Olivia or Alex.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The average temperatures in October are 67 (high) to 41 (low). We recommend checking the weather the week before, as temperatures can vary greatly at this time of year. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. We will move inside for the reception at approximately 6pm (prior to sunset). Colorado is typically sunny, so clouds and rain are unlikely. However, please check the weather prior to traveling.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire (more formal than business casual and less formal than black tie). We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater as the weather can vary greatly this time of year. It could be 75 and sunny or 55 (and still probably sunny).
Question
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is free parking next to the venue in the 10th & Walnut Parking Garage. Note, there will be an open bar at the reception, so we highly recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi instead. Saturdays, Sundays and City Observed Holidays are FREE! Please note: Overnight parking is not allowed in city garages. Cars parked longer than 24 hours will be charged the normal hourly rate ($1.25/hr.) for every hour parked. (Rates valid as of Oct. 1, 2023 and are inclusive of fees).

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
When you RSVP, please note any dietary restrictions where specified. The caterer can accomodate any dietary restrictions.
