Question

Are my children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be adults only with the exception of children in the wedding party, enjoy a night out on us!

Can I bring a plus-one to the wedding?

Answer

We would love for an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends. If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Plus-ones are not transferrable to another guest unless approved by the couple. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal attire. For women, mid-length / longer dresses and dressy jumpsuits with elevated fabrics are expected. Bridesmaids will be in shades of blush pink. For men, if opting out of a tie, a jacket is required. We ask that guests avoid denim, khaki fabric, shorts, and shades of white/cream/champagne. See attire examples here: https://pin.it/5Q3XyYxj7

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4PM to allow time for parking, seating, & your welcome drink! Late arrivals will not be permitted into the ceremony space and will join us at cocktail hour

Is there parking available?

Answer

Valet parking is available onsite & discounted at $15/day for non-hotel guests or $20/night for hotel guests. Off-site or street parking is not available

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

MIA (Miami International Airport) - 20 minutes / 10 miles from wedding location FLL (Fort Lauderdale International Airport) - 40 minutes / 30 miles from wedding location

What is the weather/outdoor space like?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outdoors on concrete flooring (weather permitting) - all heels are welcome for this event. The reception will be located indoors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms onsite at the Mondrian South Beach where our wedding will take place to ensure a seamless travel experience. Please note our hotel block has limited space available & November is peak season for hotels, we’d recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP is required for all events no later than September 15th. If an RSVP is not received by this date, we will not able to reserve a seat for you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions within your RSVP in order for us to accommodate your meal accordingly. We will not be able to accomodate special requests or dietary restrictions that are not indicated on the RSVP.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a casual welcome event onsite at the Baia Beach Club Bar at 8PM the evening before our wedding; this is an optional event where food and drink will be available for purchase. Smart casual to cocktail attire is recommended. We will be hosting an after party at Bodega following our reception; transportation will be arranged from the hotel for this event. Smart casual attire is optional. More details can be found on the "Schedule" page of our wedding website, and will be noted in our digital RSVP.

What type of food will be available?

Answer

A variety of passed hors d'oeuvres and food stations will be served during cocktail hour. A plated 3-course meal will be served for dinner based on your meal selection on your RSVP. Food and drink will be available for purchase during our welcome event and after party.
