Question

1. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are expecting guests to wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Such as cocktail dresses and sports coats.

2. What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The temperature is generally between 50-75, and there’s not often rain during this time of year.

3. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both of these will be held at The Mule Town Lumberyard in Columbia, TN. 1104 S Garden St, Columbia, TN 38401

4. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held in an outdoor area at the venue, weather permitting. The cocktail and reception area will be held indoors, with an outside patio.

5. What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be taking pictures and enjoying time together. If you are attending the ceremony and not involved with pictures there will be appetizers and cocktails available for you inside until the reception begins.

6. Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our theme is “Celestial” or “Under the Stars”

7. What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend please let us know and RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

8. How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address should take you there from your smartphone maps.

Question

9. What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony or reception to make sure you have time to get parked, seated, and the party can continue as scheduled!

10. Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The venue is in an art district in Columbia, this means that parking on the side of the road is legal. There are also multiple business and lots near the venue that donate their spaces during their closed hours on the weekend that will be available. There will be people to assist with parking,

11. Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only event. This will help insure that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you are able to celebrate with us!

12. Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest count to stay on budget and within our venue rules. Our wedding is invite and RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

13. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

14. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Online RSVP will be available for every guest, we ask that all RSVPs are sent by August 6th.

15. Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes!

16. Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will include 2 different chicken entrees, roasted potatoes, and Mac and cheese. There will be Tea, lemonade, water, and a specialty cocktail available. Please let us know if any dietary restrictions with your RSVP or sooner.

17. Where are you registered?

Answer

On this website you can check out the registry tab, where you will see our honeymoon and Amazon registry’s. We appreciate anything you are willing and able to donate towards, or gift!

18. Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not able to provide transportation and appreciate you being able to plan accordingly.

19. May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Some of the items within our centerpieces are rented but we will have a goodie or two for you to take home!

20. Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our 2 requests are that you try to refrain from posting until the next day, and tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OverTheMoonForCreasey (so we can keep track of all of your great pictures)
