What do I wear?

Answer

It is a cocktail wedding attire, so no need to wear a suit and tie or a ballgown dress, but you can if you'd like to! We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! For men this means: suits, tuxedos, or dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women this means: floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress, but also keep in mind the cold weather! There is a coat closet! Wear whatever color you'd like, but please no white. The groomsmen are wearing tan, and the bridesmaids are wearing emerald green!

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

The ceremony is at Maranatha Bible Church: 4701 N Canfield Ave, Norridge, IL, 60706 4:30pm - 5pm About a 15 minute drive between - The reception is at Fountain Blue: 2300 Mannheim Rd, Des Plaines, IL, 60018 Cocktail hour starts at 6pm

Can I bring a plus one or kids?

Answer

Only if they are explicitly on your invitation. Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited.

Where do I park at the church?

Answer

Please park on the road.

Do I have to pay for parking at the reception?

Answer

No, they are complimentary.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures as we have professionals to capture our special day.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
