How We Met Olivia and Darius first met back in 8th grade through mutual friends, but their first real meeting happened on a class trip to Dorney Park. Somewhere between the rides and the excitement of middle school, the two realized there was a spark — even if neither quite knew where it would lead. As high school went on, life took them in different directions. They went their separate ways but continued to cross paths from time to time at events, always connected by mutual friends. Years later, they briefly reconnected at a friend’s high school graduation party. They didn’t talk much that night, but the timing wasn’t quite right — yet. As Darius was going away to college, one of his friends let him know that Olivia was interested. When Darius came home that summer, they went on their first official date, and this time everything fell into place. From that moment on, they’ve been together ever since.
