Can I bring an additional guest and are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to guest count restrictions, we cannot accommodate any guest, or child, not listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding as our intention is to have an intimate wedding surrounded by those closest to us!

Is there an RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 7, 2025. When you RSVP, it will prompt you to answer for each event. Ex: If your invitation only includes the reception, it will only prompt you to answer for that event.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

No. The ceremony will be held at the Lanikūhonua Cultural Institute and the reception will be held at Roy's Ko Olina. While both venues are very close, it does require transportation (3 minute drive).

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We do recommend renting a car if you would like to explore the island! Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception locations are different and will require transportation/carpooling to each.

What should I wear?

Answer

Tropical semi formal, and if able, as follows. Please refrain from wearing shades of white/ivory, brown, or olive Think: butter yellow to blues, pinks to maroon, and anything you are comfortable to get down in!! It will be warm in the afternoon but will cool down in the evening so we suggest a light sweater. Ladies- please keep in mind that the ceremony is outdoor (grass), and reception is indoor.

Do I get to choose my menu preference?

Answer

No, we have chosen the food selections for all guests! Each meal will come with a combination of two entree options. If you have specific food allergies or restrictions please contact Olivia or Coulson by September 7, 2025.
