Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire. Colors to avoid are white, eucalyptus green, and burgundy so as not to match the bridal party. Please note that the cocktail hour and reception will take place in separate buildings on the site. Although it's not a big distance between the two, the path between buildings is stone and is uneven. Additionally, the stones can feel slick on a rainy day. Please keep this information in mind when choosing your shoes for the evening or bring a change of shoes with you.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors. However, there may be moments when you are outdoors (when moving between the parking lot to the Pavilion or the Meetinghouse). There will be a golf cart on site that can help transport you between locations should you need help.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We've indicated whether you may bring a +1 to our wedding on your RSVP form. If you are unsure whether your invitation includes a +1, please call or text Olivia or Fernando to inquire further.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We've chosen to limit the number of children that attend our wedding. If you are unsure if your invitation includes your child, please call or text Olivia or Fernando to inquire further.

Question

How can I alert you about my dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please make a note of your dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Our menu will include a vegan meal option and the coffee barista will have a non-dairy option available.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Waterloo Village is ADA-compliant. There are ramps for easy access to buildings and golf carts available to help transport anyone who may need assistance moving around the venue.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is onsite parking that can fit up to 100 cars, plus 2 handicapped parking spots by the Meetinghouse. You may also leave your car in the parking lot overnight if you find that you are unable to drive after the reception.

Question

Is there anything that may affect my commute to Waterloo Village?

Answer

Please note that you may need to take I-80 on your commute to Waterloo Village. I-80 has been experiencing major repairs due to sinkholes and this roadwork can lead to increased commute times. Please be sure to plan your commute accordingly and leave with ample time to account for the extra traffic and road detours.

Question

How can I contact you if I have another question?

Answer

Please feel free to email the couple at CliffordGomez2025@gmail.com or to call/message Olivia at 201-279-2155.
