What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We're calling our dress code "tropical goth meets summer chic" (Chris keeps trying to call it Tropical Goth and I keep trying to call it Summer Chic). Our wedding colors are deep green, light green, sunset orange, and fuchsia but please feel free to wear whatever colors you wish! For the ceremony, ladies can focus on airy dresses, bright color choices, and comfortable shoes. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear breezy button downs and slacks, or tropical inspired polos. Please bring swimwear or casualwear to change into during happy hour. You will have access to your vehicle if you would like to leave your change of clothes in your car during the ceremony.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We chose not to do a hotel block because there wasn't one option that was convenient for everyone. We recommend AirBNB or VRBO for a location close to the venue.

Will there be vegetarian or gluten free meal options at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we plan to have both of these! If you need another dietary accommodation not listed above, please let us know.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, but always feel free to tip your bartenders.

Will there be indoor spaces to cool off?

Answer

Yes, in the event that Texas decides to be hellaciously hot, we have access to an indoor ceremony space. There are shaded areas during the cocktail hour and reception as well as an indoor, air conditioned game room.
