This airport is located in Islip, NY, and is approximately 1 hour 45 mins/71 miles from the wedding venue by rental car. This is a smaller airport and flights are limited. We would highly recommend this option for guests coming in from out of town.

Approximately 2.5 Hours/110 miles away from the wedding venue, If you are taking public transportation, we recommend taking the JFK airtrain to Jamaica station and the LIRR to Montauk. The Montauk train station is on Edgemere Rd, Montauk, NY 11954.

This airport is in Queens, NY, approximately 2.5 hours/115 miles from the wedding venue.

Long Island Rail Road (LIRR)
The Long Island Rail Road runs from NYC's Penn Station to Montauk every few hours. Travel time is typically around 3 hours and tickets cost about $30. If flying into JFK, there is an air train that take you directly to the LIRR (Jamaica Station). If you are flying into LGA, we recommend taking an Uber/Taxi to Jamaica Station for the train to Montauk.

The Hampton Jitney is an alternative to the train. Jitneys run more frequently than trains and pick up from multiple stops in NYC (including JFK, LaGuardia and MacArthur Airport). Travel time is typically around 3 1/2 hours, depending on your pickup location.
